The sea moss is harvested on this remote island on a stunning island located on the coast of Ireland in the Atlantic Ocean. It is so nutrient-dense that a capsule can be used as a natural source of iodine, which is often lacking in the diet of many people. It's dried at low temperatures to preserve its natural amino acids and polysaccharides, which are vital for its benefits. And no artificial preservatives or flavorings are added to create their sea moss—it's completely raw and pure.To use: Adult intake - one to two (1 - 2 ) capsules per day with a glass (250ml) of water, preferably with a meal.Allergens: Due to the natural origin of seaweed, this product may contain traces of molluscs, crustaceans and fish.
