Basis' all new, full suspension, 26" wheeled, 'Link!'. A welcomed addition to the brand. The Basis brand has seen various Adult's full suspension bicycles, but the Link is slightly different. While maintaining the robust Steel construction and coil sprung suspension within the frame, Link differs from it's full suspension siblings through it's square geometry, almost resembling a crossbar, hardtail frame. The suspension mechanism itself operates through a hinged swingarm, thus not relying on clearance between the seat post and swing-arm... Regardless of saddle height, you have full travel! As for gearing, a Shimano Tourney 18 speed system with Revoshift twist-grip shifters serve the purpose nicely and broaden the bikes, and indeed the riders, capability when it comes to terrain and ascents. Combo brakes! The Link, unlike all others in the Basis range, boasts a responsive mechanical disc brake up front, supported by a simplistic V-Brake at the rear. Finished in a Graphite Grey & Lime Green.

Brand new and sealed in a box. This Bike will arrive to you 80% assembled. Fitment of pedals, stem handlebars, front wheel & saddle is required, as well as a general check over and tighten of all fixings on pre-assembled parts (spoke tension, crank nuts, rear wheel nuts etc). The brakes & gearing may need adjustment as part of the bicycles assembly and general servicing after initial use and throughout ownership. We strongly recommend professional assembly & servicing if you dont feel confident with bicycle mechanics.
