Bag Care Instructions: After emptying the bag completely, remove any dirt or debris using a soft brush or cloth and soapy water. Turn the bag inside out, clean the interior, and rinse the bag. Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
