Ingredients: Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate). Directions: take 2 capsules daily with food or as professionally directed. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet; do not exceed the stated recommended intake. Store in a cool, dry place.
