A special Aeroglide non-stick coating consists of a base layer and durable abrasion layers, and the 3-layer coating is 3x stronger than standard non-stick coatings. The Aeroglide coating provides superior food release, is easy to clean after use, and is dishwasher safe. A heat resistant exterior coating improves safety. The pan is oven safe up to 170C for 40 minutes, allowing for versatility and expansion of recipe ideas. All SmartStart pans are free from harmful chemicals such as PFOA, Lead, and Cadmium.
