How to Use: Ensure your microwave is clean and the turntable can rotate freely. Remove the microwaveable insert from the cover. Place the insert in the microwave, spreading the filling evenly. Add a half-filled cup of water to the microwave alongside the insert. Heat for up to 1 minute in 500–750 watt microwaves, or up to 30 seconds in 800–1000 watt microwaves. If additional warmth is needed, heat in 15-second increments until desired temperature is reached. Allow to cool for 30 seconds, then return the insert to the cover and secure it. This eye pillow is the perfect companion for relaxation, meditation, or simply taking a restorative pause during your day.
