We’re excited to be welcoming you back to our stores in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. In line with government guidelines, some local lockdown restrictions may still apply so please check our store locator pages for individual store details and opening hours. The health and wellbeing of our customers and employees remains our top priority, so we’ve been hard at work implementing new measures to help you shop safely.
Of course, we’re still here for you 24/7 online too, with free delivery over £30 to home and extended returns.
Here’s what you need to know about shopping with us right now…
Changes in store
Many of our stores are now ready to welcome you back with revised opening times. We’ll be closely following the government’s guidance on measures to protect the safety of our staff and customers. When you choose to visit us in store, here are a few things to keep in mind:
Socially distanced shopping
We’ve made some alterations to the layout of our stores and queuing areas and added floor markings and signage to help customers stay socially distanced. Please keep 2m apart from others at all times. In line with Government guidance, customers are reminded that face coverings should be worn while shopping in stores in England and Scotland.
Limited numbers of shoppers
We’ll be limiting the number of people in store and ask that you shop alone where possible. Children should be closely supervised to maintain social distancing.
Our fitting rooms remain closed to minimise contact. We will welcome returns for in-store purchases until 1 July 2020 for stores reopening on 15 June, or up to 14 days after reopening if this is later. For online orders we encourage customers to continue to use our contactless collection from home returns service where possible.
We recommend contactless payments and we’ve added screens at till points to help protect you and our staff – e-receipts are also available.
Cleaning & safety measures
As you’d expect, we’ll be carrying out extra cleaning, sanitizing and hygiene measures to keep the whole store as safe as possible.
Your delivery options
We are continuing to offer free Standard Delivery on orders over £30 to your home. Our couriers are offering contact-free delivery as standard. This means no hand-to-hand contact and your parcel will be left safely at your door. If you have a safe place and would like your order left there instead, please let us know by adding a note to the delivery instructions box at checkout or by using the ‘My Places’ feature in the Hermes app. Some orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place to keep our distribution centre employees and couriers safe.
Changes to returns
We will welcome returns for in-store purchases up to 14 days after the store you are visiting reopens. For online orders we encourage customers to continue to use our contactless collection from home returns service where possible.
Collect From Store
We are now offering Collect From Store Standard and Collect From Store Express, but some locations may not yet be available. Please see checkout for details of delivery services available in your location.
