The Centr app is the brainchild of actor Chris Hemsworth, who you might know from playing Thor, and if that’s not inspiration we’re not sure what is. He had access to incredible experts in the fields of health, nutrition, mindfulness and training, when preparing for his role so he thought, ‘Why not share that?’. You can work out with world class trainers in Centr HIIT, boxing, yoga, strength training, MMA & more. Not to mention wholesome recipes and mindful meditation sessions (we think the missus might like this one too). There’s also a free trial available if you want to try before you commit too.
