Stylishly smart, Calum Best looks every inch the gentleman in the photos of our latest campaign for Burton Man which now appear in the windows of Burton stores up and down the country. Our collaboration with the son of the late George Best was launched at our Burton store in Westfield Stratford on Tuesday 11th August. As well as showing off the new autumn/winter range, Calum was there to meet customers and showcase how the clothing reflects a more grown-up style or #BurtonMan.
Calum Best is no stranger to modelling, (as a teenager he shot with the famous fashion photographers Terry Richardson and Mario Testino) but his style and attitude is completely different from when he started in the business. When we spoke to him about style he says he’s still happy kicking back in jeans and a t-shirt but also likes to make a point of trying to look the best he can as a form of good manners towards others.
On tailoring and feeling good in what you wear, he says: “It’s important that lads out there are comfortable in wearing certain clothes and wearing certain suits. I wasn’t when I was younger.” Now more confident in his own skin, he likes to put on a nice suit and look the part and play the part.
