Handcrafted In Northampton England For Burton London.

What do the Queen, Kevin Spacey, Bill Nighy, Andrew Flintoff and Manchester united FC all have in common……… A love of Loake footwear.

Loake has been producing fine, handmade men’s footwear since 1880, when three brothers opened a factory in Northamptonshire in the heart of the Britain’s shoemaking industry.  He aim was to provide the most handsome, comfortable and durable gentlemen’s shoes possible.

Today, more than 125 years and five generations later, Loake is still family owned and operating in the same town in Northamptonshire.  Their shoes have become a favourite with discerning customers worldwide and for these very same reasons Burton has worked with Loake to produce 6 styles of handsome, comfortable and durable shoes for Autumn 2010.

Two Great British institutions steeped in tradition and heritage, Loake and Burton have collaborated for the first time to produce this collection which includes a selection of shoes and boots in tan leather , brown oiled suede, brown waxed leather, mahogany suede and distressed brown leather and are produced to the high standards and quality associated with these Great British brands.  Prices range from £125 - £150.
